Sarah Fitzgerald is a Denver-based fine artist with a background in graphic design and illustration. She paints landscapes, florals, and botanicals in acrylic on clayboard — finishing each piece by etching detail and linework directly into the surface with wood carving tools, a signature technique rooted in her design training that gives her work its distinctive precision and depth.

Sarah studied at the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Design. She spent over a decade working with design firms and publishing companies in Boston and San Francisco before settling in Denver, where she paints from her home studio between raising three children and exploring the mountains, gardens, and landscapes that inspire her work.

Her paintings have been selected by Pottery Barn and Target, featured in Domino Magazine, and placed in healthcare environments through Rocky Mountain Children's Hospital. Her work is sold through Minted, stocked in boutique shops across Colorado, and collected by private buyers across the country. She works directly with interior designers, art consultants, and commercial clients on original commissions, print licensing, and large-format reproductions.

Fitzfarm started as a playful nod to her last name — Fitzgerald — back when landscapes and animals defined her early work. The name stuck, and so did the spirit behind it: art that connects you to a place, a memory, and something worth holding onto.
